Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Return or Resend

  1. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (i.e. the date listed on the receipt). Products may not be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the product was purchased at the website ( We do not accept returns for The Music Machine products purchased from other platforms and other retailers.
  3. All products must be returned to The Music Machine  in original condition. Products will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or are not in new condition. You risk incurring charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or accidents.
  4. We kindly ask customers to cover the return shipping fees, regardless of whether the return is initiated by the customer or the seller.
  5. Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you whether your return or exchange request is ultimately approved or denied.


PLEASE NOTEGenuine/Original parts do not provide return or exchange service.

Procedure to Place a Return or Exchange

1. To place a return or exchange, reach out to The Music Machine at [email protected]. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the terms above, The Music Machine will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you return the product without The Music Machine’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.

2. For all authorized returns or exchanges, The Music Machine will send you a detailed email confirmation and return address associated with your order.

3. Please send the product back to us as requested. Returned merchandise should contain the original packaging materials, manuals, free gifts, accessories, etc., be marked with a return label, and be in the same condition as when received. The Music Machine is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Any product that shows signs of wear or is soiled in any way will be considered “unacceptable”.

4. Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be done at our sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of our policies. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 3-5 business days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 10 business days.

If the products arrived damaged, please send us clear photos with the packaging including the shipping label.


2. Resend:

If the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ). We are willing to resend the correct product for you.

If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items). We can reissue a new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or Missing Refund

Refunds typically require days to process before they are posted on bank or credit card accounts. If you have not yet received your refund, please allow time for it to post and then call your bank or credit card company to check on its status. If the bank or credit card company cannot confirm that the refund is pending, please contact us at [email protected] phone +1424 438 3419. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days.


  • Please note The Music Machine does not cover shipping costs for returns.
  • We are unable to issue you a refund if you cannot find your order number, please contact our support team before shipping your unit back, and we will be happy to find it for you.
  • Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • TheMusicBoxer is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle.
  • We only allow returns/refunds on promotional kits and bundles, IF ALL items included in your order are returned.
